Informatica is launching what it is dubbing “the industry’s first all-in-one enterprise-scale Master Data Management SaaS solution, according to a press release. The Customer 360 SaaS product is built on Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS). It features seamless connectivity, data integration, process orchestration, data quality, reference data management, and master data management.
Informatica offers a modular MDM solution that provides a single view of data. The product enables users to create an authoritative view of business-critical data from disparate, duplicate, and conflicting sources. Informatica MDM also features AI and machine learning and includes data quality, data integration, business process management, and data security functionality that allows you to easily enrich master data records with data from external providers. Informatica’s MDM capabilities can be deployed on-prem or in the cloud.
Core capabilities of the new Customer 360 SaaS offering are headlined by a fully managed SaaS environment to manage data integration, data quality, business process orchestration, and reference management. It also touts a new user interface that is highly configurable and customizable to ensure self-service access to critical business data for both B2B and B2C customer experiences. Customer 360 SaaS includes Informatica’s CLAIRE AI engine and machine learning capabilities like matching, data quality, and data lineage. The solution is available via consumption-based pricing.
